In 2020, I founded a Facebook group for the Women in Commercial Real Estate. It is designed to connect more women in the commercial real estate industry from all over the globe. We are building relationships that have been the catalyst to close more deals, learn from each other and celebrate our wins together.
Named 2019 "Girl Power: Women Leading the Charge in Commercial Real Estate - Women in CRE are entrepreneurs, CEOS, executives, department heads, managers, and mentors. All inspire the current and next generations to charge through the glass ceiling.

My entire career started in the process of obtaining my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography at Arizona State University in Tempe. (Go Devils!). It turns out using my classes as a way of launching my career came in handy. I obtained my business license before I even received my Bachelor’s degree but it launched my career immediately after I graduated. Over the next year, my business slowly transitioned into graphic design using my photography skills as a bonus for any product marketing. Every year, the DNA of #CRE survey is introduced to the commercial real estate industry. This year, they broke out the survey into two sections for Brokers and Marketers. In reviewing the data, it is like looking at my visual resume. I am the Director of Marketing, PR & Administration for SVN Desert Commerial Advisors. Ewa Baska simply stated marketers are responsible for marketing the company, marketing the listings, and even possibly marketing the brokers. YES. YES. YES.
